I bought a few items of which none of them fit. Contacted them right away to return them. Received the label to return items - I had to pay for the return myself. There were no additional instructions. Spent $81.50 and returned the products on 5/21. As of today 6/26/21 - they cannot locate my items even though I provided the return label and printed out the order and order number inside the package. They claim without the tracking they cannot do anything. I have fight with USPS for a receipt that I am not sure I can get - they not only have MY money but I no longer have merchanise and they choose to do nothing. Very very poor! I will blast them every month if needed.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you hold on to your postal receipts when returning merchandise - they do not pay for it, they do not help you with the returns. Then when they have stolen your money, a month later want to ask for a tracking number when they were provided the receipt with an order number that should have been logged when received. This company has unethical methods of doing business and certainly does not care about their customers. I will blast them continuously for stealing $81.50 from me ..

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU! I have tried with so much effort doing everything possible to get a refund from my order. They provide you a label to return merchandise that YOU have to pay to return and with no direction otherwise. 3 weeks after waiting for a refund, they state they need a tracking number even though I sent them back everything I ordered including the order confirmation inside the package and they have offered NO RESOLUTION. They not only STOLE $81.50 from me but also have ALL of their merchandise that was returned. This is a HORRIBLE company and I will go to every limit possible to make sure the public knows they have zero customer service and will steal your money with not even an offer to help with anything. Not only am I out of $81.50 but also the $14.00 I had to pay to return it. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you question their return policy - call back and ask again to ensure you are receiving every bit of information possible. After two weeks when the items were received, I no longer kept my tracking receipt. Apparently, they do not know how to check items into a system based on an order item. It is such a scam
