BUGS in Shower and sink area. No Housekeeping to clean room, empty trash can and renew towels ( maybe thats why they have BUGS0. I explain to the manager DJ my totsl dissatisfaction and my lack of sleep. DJ says she'll take 7% off. REALLY 7% is an insult, 7% is the tax. He explaines to me he is NOT responsible for the life of a battery and he is not going to offer any compensation. How bout the satisfaction of his customers. How bout providing a comfortable place for his customers to sleep. HOW BOUT CHANGING THE BATTERYS EACH AND EVERY YEAR JUST LIKR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS. Shantel is more concerned about stuffing as much CASH in his pockets then maintaining or preventative Maintenace as simple as changing a battery every year. The ONLY way some thing is fixed there is if it breaks and it has to be repaired or replaced. STAY A FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE
