I returned my purchase one day after receipt. Customer service acknowledged the return and stated, "We are currently switching refund systems, so we have experienced a huge delay in our old system.
We have confirmed the receipt of your return package and your refund is being processed."
It has been 24 days since that email. I have yet to receive my almost $800 refund. I have also called the Customer Service line and their voicemail is full, and you cannot leave a message.
