1) package did not arrive on time
2) tracking number for my package was wrong so it couldn't be tracked
3) Ordered a box of coffee packets, received a carpet.
4) customer service hung up on me after 20 minutes of holding
Since I need the coffee tomorrow, I. Pretty much screwed. Wish I could give them a big fat zero.
