Send email explaining how i paid for 1 to 2 day shipping and item is on day 4 and still not shipped. Explained I wanted a refund on shipping and this is their response " Hi! It looks like due to the billing information you provided the system had to do an additional review before order processing. Your order is now on its way and should arrive very soon. Thanks!" No mention of refunding the extra 25 i paid for shipping. Just a lame excuse and still no TRACKING number
