OTC program gives you $40 to play with. But they don't restock popular items that are out of stock. Also, used to be where if you wanted an item that was more than $40, you could pay the diff with a cc. Not no more. This leaves you with few choices and if you have money left over in you account after a purchase, it all goes to the vendor.
THIS REALLY SUCKS! I'm reevaluating my UHC plan for next year - may switch to BCBS.

Frequent traveler and Gold customer for over 30 years. Just found out that they are now charging 5% to book reservations via the Gold Club phone line.
