Worst customer service in the worldGoogle ads is yet to unsuspend our main verified ASIC registered companies account although the reason for the suspension was lifted namely merchant centre was suspended by mistake. Ads responded today it took 6 days to answer to tell us they are still working on it and we will get back to us in 7 days this will take the total time if the actually unsuspend our account to 16 days we rely heavily on ads to drive customers to our website for revenue. We also received a spam email 3 days after the manual suspension to help us remove the suspension the thing is that only Google ads knew about the suspension we purposely never complained anywhere until recently. Their support for a 3 trillion dollar company is absolutely atrocious. We have been using google as a paid advertiser for many years and now we can't even use live chat or phone support just a bunch of useless copy and paste responses from support that seem not to know why accounts are being suspended
