"I paid for home delivery and provided all the information they requested. The driver called me to confirm if I was home and said 'see you soon' after I affirmed. However, he didn't come and instead, left the delivery for collection at a parcel shop. I spoke with customer support, who apologized and said they would fix it. The following day, the delivery was still ready for pickup. Customer support informed me that the driver's company did not respond to the request to rectify the situation. After a formal complaint, they simply stated there was nothing they could do about it, even though the person I spoke with on the phone agreed that I was completely right, and acknowledged that the driver had been very unprofessional, for which she was very sorry.
