They'll insist that you've changed your mind even if you say you're not satisfied. The Mydeal team is hand in glove with the sellers and rejects the customers complaint summarily. They also arbitrarily state that the item has been used although there isn't any evidence of it. The reviews are false. Most of the high ratings are from their own team. Beware of this site. They are openly defrauding customers by selling stuff that has no value in the market.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you thoroughly research the item you're buying. My bedsheets, supposed to be 1000 thread count, turned out to be no better than polyester sheets- thin, slippery, full of static, and poor quality.
