A recent purchase was very late & they gave me a 25% discount. Then ordered over $500 and paid to expedite and it was only shipped after it was to have been delivered; Since I used the 25% coupon they gave me I was precluded from using the holiday discount. So no goods arrived for which I paid to expedite delivery and now need to shop for the gifts I don't have for my sons. So I asked for the discount again since I used it on goods that didn't arrive timely. After more than 30 minutes of time chatting with two people, they could not agree to anything. So frankly their conduct is shameful.; Don't buy from them if you expect your order to be timely received, even if they charge you extra for that.
Tip for consumers:
They waste time with chatting service that has no authority to do anything other than make you wait and answer questions.....

As of today I have not received the items - indeed,they admit they only shipped them to me today!
