I purchased 2 Mitsubishi TV, lamps to replace the German lamp that burned out. Always used original a top of the line American or German lamps. Jaspertronics assured me these replacements were top of the line, and I purchased the two lamps, one for replacement when one burned out to prevent time lag wthout service of a new lamp. The lamps arrived with a wide metal band across the top. Lamp #1 produced a dark shadow, 5-10%, across the top of screen, but when the bulb burned out before warranty, about 3 months, they wanted pictures, etc., even though the red Mitsubishi.TV light and black screen persisted. A TV repair company said the bulb simply failed. I replaced lamp #1 with lamp #2, the same dark line, only a little less. Lamp #2 would spontaneously shut off and would not have a picture for an extended period of time. They promised me, after many calls and their excuses to why they couldn't replace the lamps, witrout this or that as an excuse. They promised to send me two new lamps and then I would send them my two lamps in return and they could verify the problems for themselves. When I called them now, they placed me on perpetual hold. The lamps never came as they should have, because they apparently are inferior, not the "superior lamps" they sold as quality lamps equal to what I expected. When at their worse, that's true colors. Remember there are many different TV's and lamps are different for each model and makemaker, but there is apparently only one Jaspertronic return policy when the item is still under warranty.
