After 4 calls with your service techs I was told that an electical part was the very likely cause of my problem. I went and ordered the part, tried it and it did not solve the problem.The part that ultimately fixed my problem was a thermosat which the tech initally did not believe was the problem. I wish your company accepted my return of the control panel. I returned it but was denied a refund. Unfortunately, I can't use your company in the future for obvious reasons.

While we do provide free technical advice, we can't guarantee that any given part will 100% fix a problem because we aren't there in person to examine the machine. If you ever have doubts about a repair, it's always possible to call a service technician if you don't want to risk trying parts you may not need.
