I ordered a Christmas outfit on 12/10. Received email saying it doesn't ship until 12/15. No problem. On 12/15 received email stating this item won't be shipped until Dec 31st. That sucks. Then the email said 1/4. Here I am, Jan 8, no outfit. No Christmas outfit, that I no longer need. I left comments on their Facebook posts and they blocked me instead of addressing the issue.

We apologize for the delays in the order and located the order placed on December 10,2023. Records indicate that this complaint was entered Jan 8th, and on the first delivery completed Jan 9th, and the second item delivered Jan 13th, 2024.
If you not longer have a need for these items, they may be returned to our returns facility for a full refund via the Returnbee portal link https://mbg.returnbee.com with your order number and zip code. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you once the return has been submitted online. If you prefer to keep the order for a store credit for the delay, please email cs@miabellebaby.com with your order number and ATTN TERIC for additional assistance.
