I bought a shed on October 2 that said it would arrive about October 13. Then I get notification that it may be between October 23-29. I needed it right away so started looking again. I found one available on October 6 so I went on Wayfair and canceled the order. It told me canceled immediately. So I felt I could move on. Later I checked email and found that it could not be canceled because it was in process! Well are not all orders in process before they are shipped? Anyway now I must track and refuse delivery they told me. My goodness is that not a waste of energy and man power for what seems so simple. I am done with Wayfair!
