These blinds are a fraction of the cost from any other store, and they look and function great. They are easy to install and completely met our expectations. We like the way the top bar looks next to the moulding around the window frame. 10/10 and we will be ordering more blinds in the future.

This is our third time ordering blinds from Blinds galore. Our home has several custom size windows. We have slowly replaced them after deciding what kind would work for that space. Website is easy to use. Measuring guidelines are spot on. Customer service line was answered by a very knowledgeable person when I had a question about the material a particular blind would be made of and he helped me with the "lingo" to put in the special instructions section when I ordered to ensure that we got what we wanted. Fast shipping for custom sizes. Color accurate. Very happy.

We have purchased window coverings for three different homes and have found your on line information great. We had one blind come that was defective and were amazed at how quickly and easily it was all handled. Another honeycomb blind for a door developed a problem just a few days before the guarantee ran out. It was also replaced very quickly. We wait for one of your great sales and then order, so we have saved a lot of money. It's a great company to do business with!

I was impressed with my first purchase of a skylight cellular shade, so I made a second purchase. This purchase was for 3 Bali cellulars shade, each for a different window side. All 3 showed up in great condition and exactly the size and color I ordered. Installation was easy, even for this 5 foot nothing 70-year old woman that I am. All I needed was a step stool, ruler, pencil, drill, and screwdriver. No problem. I highly recommend this seller. I've already shared the site with family and friends.

I especially appreciated the ordering notes like, "Give exact inside-measurements for inside-mount and we will adjust the size to accommodate mounting hardware." The price seemed a little high, but I purchased online because of selection and clarity on the site. Also, I had heard the name before. Please add the URL for the instruction video along with the printed, delivered instructions.

Blinds fit like glove. Glad we chose this company to make our custom blinds. The only problem we had were we received no directions for the brace that holds the blinds in at the top of the window. Totally different than our previous blinds braces. But will say after figuring out the installation of said blinds, like the bracket/brace of these much better than our older blinds brackets.

We got the banded room darkening shades for our bedroom and there are a few things we don't love. The blinds fit well at the top, but each side of the fabric has a fairly big gap that lets light in. Really wish there was a cord instead of pull down because the panels don't line up completely properly. Delivery was a bit late.

I could not find blinds for certain windows. I was pleased that your company could create these for me.
The instructions are simple and was able to install all 5 in a few hours.

I wish blind companies would modify the top piece (which clips on with plastic clips) designed to obfuscate the gap when installing inside the window casing. Essentially if you are slightly tall you still see the gap. The Chang would be to modify the clips such that it is 1/2 inch higher. Result: touchdown for the whole industry. You could possible turn the slat over but it does not look as good.

We bought a order of about $2,000 by Blindsgalore and all the roller shades that are cordless, are worthless they don't roll up or down, some of them wont stay down when pulled down, and others stay in 1 position and wont go either way.
When i asked them for help, the item was discontinued so i can ship it back to them (and stay with open windows until) and they wouldn't supply any packaging to make the return...
Just a piece of advice don't buy the spring rollers from them

I had to order 39 blinds for the remodel of a property. Different sizes and different options offered. The person who answered the phone, told me, oh I will help you and it will not take us long at all. I answered all of her questions and she placed the order quickly and easily. She then followed up with an email to verify it was correct and our order arrived about 3 weeks later, exactly as we ordered.

I ordered a pretty expensive sliding shutter setup for our large sliding glass door. Just after I placed the order online, a salesperson proactively called me to verify I had measured correctly. And the person that called was clearly not just from a phone bank, but was very knowledgeable in the requirements for a great fit. I did measure very carefully and my numbers were accurate, but I thought it was a very smart move on their part to follow up before starting to build it.
The build and ship time was better than I expected too.

I sent the measurements of four windows. I've done this before, and am aware of how to measure specifically. The four blinds that I received are all too narrow. Light comes in from both sides of the blinds. It's very disappointing that the blinds have not already been replaced as per your own customer goals. The phone system is awful. I've waited as long as 15 minutes, only to get what sounds like a robot underwater.

The phone system is awful. In 2023, this shouldn't be an issue. I've called several times. Once I finally get a human, the person sounds like a robot under water. Every. Single. Time.

The vertical patio blinds matched my wall colour perfectly and they were so easy to install. They glide smoothly and fall in place when we re-open them every morning. Very satisfied with them!

We purchased blinds for a rental unit. I got pricing from other companies but they were so expensive. We measured the two windows, they arrived about 2-3 weeks later and they fit like a glove! Great experience!

Vertical blinds are great! I do need to call about adjusting center split are not equal spacing. Love product!

I read the tape measure wrong! 20 inches too wide. Got a monster. Blinds Galore directed me to give it to a charity, which is getting fairly hard to do these days. Between the liability issues of corded blinds and the unique size of everyone's windows (plus the fact this doesn't necessarily fit ANY window) most charities (think Habitat, Goodwill, ARC) don't accept window treatments. I did find a local charity that took it. In the mean time Blinds Galore made a new one the correct size and shipped it. It fits perfectly.

I talked with a few different representatives as I was making my order about terminology, shipping, etc. they were all very gracious and answered my questions. The website is easy to use and maneuver. I'm looking forward to some beautiful new solar shades. Thank you! My solar shades came packaged very well. We had an issue with installation (aka-the phone call I made before ordering) I recalled and was told I could not install them like the previous representative said I could. They said they'd look into the issue and call me back. I never heard back from them. We did, however, figure it out and they are installed and look beautiful. I'm disappointed in the chain to lift and lower being made of a cheap plastic instead of something more substantial. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but will try to figure out a different chain that isn't so cheap.

I have ordered many woven wood shades for my house over the years and I have been consistently happy with the ordering process shipping and installing them. The color is very consistent even after years apart from ordering them. I like that light can come in still and the window looks elegant from the inside and outside. I only have a few more windows to do but I will continue to recommend this company

We tried a new style of blinds (for us) and were pleasantly surprised. The fit was excellent and my husband and I had them up in no time. The shipping was great - prompt delivery in good condition. Nothing negative to say. Will try this company again.
