I had to order 39 blinds for the remodel of a property. Different sizes and different options offered. The person who answered the phone, told me, oh I will help you and it will not take us long at all. I answered all of her questions and she placed the order quickly and easily. She then followed up with an email to verify it was correct and our order arrived about 3 weeks later, exactly as we ordered.
They had the easiest website to find what we were looking for and they also had a phone number for customer service that was easy to locate and the customer service person was extremely helpful.
