I placed an order on June 23 and received it on July 16. I sent email after email and only received an answer to my first inquiry. They told me to sign into my account to see the order, which I did, which wasn't there. I finally resorted to calling them. They were very vague and not helpful at all. Told me it had shipped several days before it actually did. They also got the measurement wrong. The size I ordered was not the size I got, even after waiting for it to relax. That also was not something they had told me about. Never will do business with them again.

On our website and on your receipt, we state that we ship out in approximately five to ten business days and that is what we did. Having your order arrive on July 16 is not out of that time frame. With regard to the wrong measurements, we cannot attest to whether they were correct or not, as you never contacted us about it. We would have gladly looked into this for you and corrected any mistakes on our part.
