Paid $240ish canadian on a lace wedding dress. The straps looked like they would break at any moment, the material felt like plastic and I could barely move in the dress. The refund process is sketchy and also expensive compared to the cost of the dress.
Look on facebook marketplace if you're on a budget, these dresses get sent to you from china and are not the same quality thats in the photos on their website.

That some of the domestic US/CA online sellers are willing to provide prepaid shipping labels. Unfortunately, it is not the same case for us. The shipping rates from the US/CA to our return facility in China were relatively low before COVID but they are insanely high. This is not expected and this is not our fault.
