The $5 discount code I was sent by email was not applied, with no explanation given
It is independent of Amazon, and has a good selection of new and used books
I ordered shoe cream and a shoe brush from this company. All items were apparently in stock when I ordered and the projected delivery date was within a week of placing the order. When more than a week went by, and the USPS had apparently never received the package (according to a package tracking app), I contacted the company. I was told they couldn't fulfill my order due to not having the items in stock after all. They promptly issued a refund - but not a complete refund. Shipping costs were not refunded, even though nothing was shipped, and $1 per item I had ordered was also not refunded. Buyer beware!
Tip for consumers:
I wish this company had been flagged for its unreliable service so that I wouldn't have learned the hard way that I was sending money to them for nothing. If I hadn't paid with PayPal, I wonder if I would have received even a partial refund.
