I booked HK to clean my dead dad's house so I could then book removal services & estate agents, now all setup from tomorrow.
This morning HOUSEKEEP cancelled the morning of the clean, no replacement. Now I'm in a worse position as I have cancel everything and try and reschedule and I have to fly back to Australia next week.

I'm really sorry that your clean wasn't able to go ahead, and for the inconvenience this caused. When your Housekeeper let us know they couldn't make the clean we did our best to find someone else, and we're sorry we weren't able to get this rebooked for another convenient time.
