I tried to join their service and was left stood-up waiting for the matchmaker to call me. If they can't even follow up with a phone call when they say they will, can they be trusted to do any legitimate matchmaking? Don't bother.

Hi Edgar, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. I did speak with the matchmaker and he unfortunately had a new client interview that ran much longer than expected. This is not an excuse as they do schedule ample time in between calls in the event that happens. We do sincerely apologize again and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
