After paying your $1.50 - they redirect you to a page to sign up for a monthly subscription for 29.99 per month. There is a button on the very bottom in non-attention grabbing color of grey - where you can proceed with the original basic report without getting snared into a subscription.
There are more complete reports available online that I found that has more detail offered.
Stay away from this one, they do not offer anything that is even worth the $1.50.

I paid the dollar for record then called and cancelled because it is not what I was looking for....
We were charged $19.95 A MONTH for absolutely NOTHING. My husband had tried to find a tax record...
