Found the checkout page a bit confusing. They sent me an email saying I should have received my order, which I hadn't, but when I replied to that as suggested, the response was that I hadn't waited long enough! I was happy to wait, as it was not a long time, but it was their email which led me to expect the item sooner, which confused me. I suggest that you do not raise false eapectations, then people won't be disappointed.
