I can honestly say this is the worst company that I have EVER had to deal with. They have bad business practices where customers are sold products on the promise of better services, their monthly broadband packages are exorbitant and they keep hiking their prices regularly for a service that is unstable and unreliable. Some staff seem to want to do a good job, but a culture of "we're too big to fail" means that moreover, the better staff do their best with services that are flawed. Customer care is poor, with some bulldogs in there who are aggressive and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend Virgin Media as their services are problematic and dealing with them is very stressful!
