I ordered two sets of contacts a month ago, on September 27th, and paid express shipping for them. It is now October 19th, and I have not received any update - in fact, when I try to track my product, it says "status not found". Stunningly enough, when I email the "support" team, (which is just bots) trying to look for help, nothing! I have emailed twice now. They definitely stole my money and I am trying to go through my bank to deny it.

Regarding the tracking status, we are sorry that the carrier of the order didn't cooperate with the tracking query service provider of the "Track Order" function on our website. So it shows not found when tracking there. But it is okay now for new orders.
About your emails, both of them were replied to after checking. But they might be blocked somehow so they did not enter your inbox. We are sorry about this.
