A quickest and believed site that suit human psyche of late my sister needed to purchase contacts len I just accepted my contact focal point from TTDEYE. Extremely Bright. The contact lenses hurt my eyes they are not comfortable at all. Emailed them but can't seem to get a reply. Also I have no order number even in the box no order slip. I didn't receive confirmation email after placing order either. Such a head ache
I have ordered contacts from TTDEYE in the past with little to no issues. But recently I spent like $200 on their contacts and upon receiving them, the first pair I opened didn't even have the proper prescription. I couldn't see through them and I ended up having to toss them out. I've tried emailing them a few times now, even sending them my eye prescription from my doctor as they asked me to, and still, no response. I'm honestly really disappointed and I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore. They seem to have gone downhill. Don't waste your money on them!

I have been ordering contacts for years from them. Normally the shippings like two weeks. This time it's been a month. You can't call the contact number to get a live person. Instead they send you back a generic response via email to wait patiently. I even asked for a refund and was told to wait another week it will be there. Mind you the contacts have been in the US for two weeks and havnt arrived at my house yet and I'm told you wait another week. The last year or so I have noticed the contacts have been expired when delivered. They don't truly check eye scripts like here in the US when buying from contact companies. The customer service isn't helpful with no one to talk to too get help. I won't keep buying from them. I don't get why they let people pick shipping times from 7-10 days and 10-20 days but don't include it could take longer than that. When you buy stuff you don't want to be waiting so long for an item especially if you need them to see!

After 15 days of waiting they sent me a damaged contact lenses that is not possible to wear. I have opened it put it in saline solution and waited 24 hours before applying to my eyes to find out an extreme discomfort, upon taking it off and viewing it under light noticed a white small particle / tear on it. Now I have one damaged contact lense, I have no idea what to do with it, as they aren't responding to me anymore. Worst customer service. Bad products. Don't recommend

I purchased them hesitantly because the site looked scammy. Once purchased I was given the wrong tracking number twice I had to email for correct and updated shipping informed. The package still isn't here and has stopped tracking the package since December 31st of 2022. There's no updates there's no nothing the $80 worth of 3 contacts package just disappeared without anyone from usps or the company knowing. I don't even care if they are nice anymore. I doubt I will receive them before the 15th of January.

Regarding the tracking, yes, it's a little complicated. As for the tracking number, both the one in the shipping confirmation email and the one our customer service provides are correct, because your parcel has two tracking numbers. One is from the carrier who cooperated with us, the other one is from USPS.
About the tracking info, it is updated when the parcel arrives at its next station. But it needs time to transit from one station to the other. So it is normal for the tracking stops updating for a period of time. And the estimated shipping time to the US is 10-20 days.
As for your order placed on 2022-12-24, according to the latest tracking info, the parcel was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:50 pm on January 6,2023 in NORFOLK, VA 23503.

This was my first time purchasing contacts from TTDeye. I ordered my contacts on Aug 16 and paid for express shipping. It is now September 24 and I have not received my contacts. If I would have known it would take this long I would have purchased from another website. I have contacted customer service multiple times and all they have told me is to be patient. I am done being patient and am very unhappy! I need my contacts now or demand a refund.

When I went to track it, it says confirm arrival and it's says at the US but I can not see where it is at anymore and I haven't received it in my mail I ordered it and I don't know if I will get a e-mail that it would get delivered I ordered it April16,2023 it is now April 25,2023 and I can't track it any further or know how but it does say 10<20 days so if it doesn't come in by next week May 5th then it will be a problem and wasted my money

I had no problem with the website in itself - ordered twice, had no issues receiving my parcels and was very pleased with how the lighter colors greatly came out on my hazel eyes.
The issue I had was much serious as it was health related.
Some time after I randomly went to see my eye doctor and get a new prescription, and she immediatly knew there was something off with those lenses.
She told me that the permeability to oxygen was non existent with those lenses, meaning they were literally suffocating my cornea.
As a result small blood vessels were starting to reach into the cornea, which is absolutely NOT normal and can lead to cornea oedema, and severe eyesight loss.
Needless to say she made me throw away the lenses right away.
I had no idea something so serious could happen, especially since I was trusting the website to sell legit FDA/CE approved lenses...

I'd say the quality of the contacts are 10/10, pretty range of colours and sometimes has generous sales. However the tracking site that they link you almost never loads so I won't know what's going on with my order and it's very frustrating. After spending a lot of money on their products, you'd want updates on your order right?

I ordered contacts & was sent a email stating the contacts were not in stock days after ordering. On top of that I was told I could switch them out for a different color, then when I received my package 18 days later they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I tried to email them & let them know my concerns & never heard back from them. Will not be ordering from them again & i encourage others not to as well.

DO NOT purches the 15.00 express delivery. My contacts were supposed to arrive yesterday and are still in IL. They had been there since the 17th. This is fricking rediculus. I've ordered from TTDEYE several times now. Every time, I've gotten the wrong colors sent to me, or they just don't look like the pictures at all.
False. Advertising.
It is said that they also are not FDA approved and I can say for a fact that I wouldn't be surprised. I used to be a -5.00/5.50 and my eyes are now -6.0/6.50 after using this brand for months at a time. At first some of the lenses were fine and I could wear them comfortably for a few hours but they always ended up hurting my eyes way before they should. They advertise as being able to wear them up to 8 hours. Mine last 2 if lucky. Not to mention the lenses are too big? Even for their "natural" pairs.
Save your money because they won't respond or refund you if something goes wrong.

I've had contacts for 11 years, and these are the most uncomfortable contacts I've ever worn. They make your eyes ache and feel scratchy. There color is low coverage. I have light blue eyes, and they were still clearly visible with both the flowery purple and HD black. The color also wasn't where my iris was. It went around it.

I have hazel eyes, so I thought these contacts would work for me but they simply don't. Juice Blue, Taylor Grey, and Havana Yellow-Green pretty much look all the same on MY eyes. The Polar Lights Yellow are stunning on my eyes, I love them! The Kiwi Green are alright looking, they are much darker than expected. They just look nothing like the pictures. They felt very thick and burned at first going in, but then I got used to them with lots of help from contact solution. Shipped in 14 days which was awesome and unexpected! I was checking the status of my package daily it never updated my end once. Other than one update that it shipped out, but whenever I would put in my order number it never said anything other than that ever. Not very thrilled with my order I was looking for blue eye contacts, but they don't even show up blue. Regardless, I just wish they showed people with all different eye colors wearing the contacts. Perhaps the contacts look better on top of brown eyes. Not a horrible company, but not the best lol.
Package came within reasonable time, but the lenses are so bad quality. I've worn contacts before, but every time i try to put these on, they just wouldn't go in. And if they do, they pop right back out with a simple blink or two. I even tried using their lens applicator, doesn't make a single difference. Color doesn't even change your natural eyes so it's like you're wearing clear contacts. This company is such a scam and i'll be reporting them to my bank as fraud.
I ordered two sets of contacts a month ago, on September 27th, and paid express shipping for them. It is now October 19th, and I have not received any update - in fact, when I try to track my product, it says "status not found". Stunningly enough, when I email the "support" team, (which is just bots) trying to look for help, nothing! I have emailed twice now. They definitely stole my money and I am trying to go through my bank to deny it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The contacts might work if you have light blue eyes but if you have brown eyes don't waste your time. They don't do refunds and you will definitely not get what you see in the picture. This company is garbage and they should be more upfront about their policy's instead of hiding it in the fine print. How hard is it put "no refunds" under the items like every other decent company does. It was my mistake for ordering from this company without reading the reviews first so don't make the same mistake I did!

After 38 days finally got my 11 pairs of contacts. Most of them beautiful colors and great effects on my dark brown eyes.
BUT! In only few minutes time my eyes get very heavy, tired, swollen, totally red and the sight is absolutely blurred.
What a pitty! The colors and pixelation would be great. But all in all i cannot recommend these contacts. They are not worth the money.

I have ordered colored contacts from TTDeye a couple of times. This was the first time I received an incorrect order. The prescription was correct, however, the company sent a different color. I ordered "Queen Brown" and received "Polar Lights Brown" without my consent. I would've appreciated an email letting me know in advance before shipping out my contacts.
If I could pick zero star I absolutely would. This site is a scam, there was no tracking updates for a whole month. When there finally was an update, USPS said it delivered the package in wiscosin when I live in michigan. My delivery address was correct because I paid through PayPal. Don't waste your money. I'm going to open a case on PayPal and I hope someone will report this site.

These contacts are not meant to be worn by people. They are painful and just simply come out of your eye when you blink a couple times. I've never had that happen with any other brand. Customer service is even worse. They will not read your complaint, but give you the run around to try different t things that don't work, they'll ask for proof of your prescription and send them pictures, even then they did not give me a full refund. I reported them to my bank as fraud.
