This was my first time purchasing contacts from TTDeye. I ordered my contacts on Aug 16 and paid for express shipping. It is now September 24 and I have not received my contacts. If I would have known it would take this long I would have purchased from another website. I have contacted customer service multiple times and all they have told me is to be patient. I am done being patient and am very unhappy! I need my contacts now or demand a refund.
