I purchased a treadmill from them, and the problems began a couple of years later, and did not go away in spite of numerous visits. At one point, they wrongly troubleshooted a product I needed, and made me wait almost a year before it was ready. They refused to do anything in the meantime! When they finally replaced my treadmill due to pieces being unavailable, they flat out would not take the broken one away. DO NOT purchase from these frauds.
