I am a first time customer and I am very disappointed in Maple Holistics. I order my shampoo and conditioner going on 2 weeks ago. I have been tracking my order and it hasn't even left the place of origin. I have tried several times to make contact with someone, each time I call, I give my order number and tracking number and each time they say they will have someone contact me. No one ever contacts me back. I have even requested a refund and have heard nothing back from them with that either. I hope I hear from someone on Monday, otherwise I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
