I did love Mishkah! They have good prices but there customer service is poor. I noticed I have had so many people look at this review, that I should update. They send your phone invites to get a sale of some kind but they don't honor them. After having to prove I even got the generic sale that everyone gets (screenshots) as if they do not know their own sales, they offered me a lower discount then the one I had to give them proof about. Another time they sent the phone pop up (but I got those screenshots) I sent them an email with the proof and they said I needed to spend over a certain amount which was not written anywhere on the pop up or their website. They did not even bother to fix this problem or offer any discount considering. They use trick photography on their site ( I realized this after a few purchases), one of the girls who looks like more of a associate contorts her body so you cannot see the flaws in the garment. BE careful. You can see this for yourself on their website. I nearly walked before from their site but now I have. You can find their clothing elsewhere.

I have shopped many times with Charcoal online. They always have a great discount to use. The clothes are great quality, priced well and regular variety added. There returns are easy and quick and so is there delivery. Highly recommend for a safe and fun online experience! Thanks Charcoal!

This was a really great online experience I have shopped with them about 5 or so times and had many online chat experiences. Not much luck contacting the store customer service. The girls on the online chat were so helpful and if they did not know the answer they did not make it up they went and asked other staff for the answers. So when my products arrive they were spot on. They have great discounts and codes. Everything is delivered really fast. Oh and the clothes were great quality! Highly recommend so far! TO BE CONTINUED...

Princess Polly is great value, great quality clothing and great range. There customer service is the best out there. I have been shopping with PP for years now and not one problem. They have the best returns policy I have encountered and the delivery is the fastest. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I purchased 4 items a few weeks ago and they sent 1. It can take up to 30 days and no tracking was sent. The other 3 items have still not been sent so I sent a chat and contact page email. The chat box had a women twice now named Katie resolve the issue without responding to me. No replay from the contact page either. The live chat does not work or either of the phones numbers. I still have not got the tracking info and they will not respond to me asking them about that or the other 3 items. I have again left a message with the chat and sent a email. It I dont get a response I have no other choice but to go to the ACCC to see if they can help. I have also recorded all interactions with them. What else do you do when you have no items they wont reply to basic information about what you have paid for. The worst online experience I have ever has. Update of today{28/08/21} Katie once again resolved my questions without even replying to me just out of general good customer service I have added another screenshot to prove it. I am really surprise they have a high review remark as I cannot even get a response I guess they do that when they have issues with there orders otherwise its a smooth transition. Before you buy I would try the live chat to see if it works and there phone numbers because they dont work for me.
