I recently bought some fitmiss ignite pre-workout energy booster. It's made for women so its more about losing fat and keeping lean muscle. I'm still early in using it, but after working all day I now still have energy for a quality workout - this is huge! My biggest worry was that I wouldn't be able to sleep after my late afternoon workout. It wasn't too bad the first night, but it's still too early to really tell how it will affect me consistently.

Besides Zappos and Amazon, 6pm is another go-to site before making an online shoe purchase. I've ordered boots, work heels, and running shoes from there. Great prices and selection! Much cheaper than zappos. I did have an issue with the quality of a pair of work shoes, but customer service really took care of me. I was impressed. I highly recommend shopping here!

One of my favorite hobbies in my spare time is auction bidding. A friend of mine showed me happybidday a couple years ago. I'm glad I had a friend to kind of show me the ropes. I've had the hang of it for some time now and it's not only fun, but the thrill of winning just can't be described. I've always received my won items within the week of payment also. It's awesome!

Yum! Love there stuff. It is a bit pricey, but it's usually worth it, depending on the occasion and recipient. And I do love that they do all the work - wrapping and preparing and delivering. It's a good option for many different occasions or recipients.

I wish this was free lol but it's worth it. If you can't get on track by yourself, this is one of the good places to start. Everyone is different, but this worked for me. I learned that the scale is not the enemy. It's not just about that number. It's about muscle and how your clothes fit and getting healthy.
