I purchased an online test series for Rs 950 from this website for my son CBSE IX th_ paid through credit card. This man called my number - which was unreachable. I was not aware of this and send him an email about delivery of my test series. He never replied to my email ( four!). Since he didn't send me the test series code neither he has replied to my email 's,I called him on the contact number which was provided on the website ( three attempts)_ he told me that since my number was unreachable he cancelled the order_ I told him that he should have replied to my email otherwise refund the amount. He told me that he is going to refund. He never refunded the amount. I complained to credit card company_ he even sent screenshots of delivery of the test series ( which were false) so even credit card company did not help me. I felt sorry for myself that because just for discount of 50 Rs I lost 950 Rs and important preparation time of my son. Learnt the lesson hard way. Better to stick to reputed websites and to buy directly from company website and not from such fraud and rogue website - people.
