I am giving this review after 6 months of my experience with them. I purchased online classes for CA Foundation exam for June attempt. They have impeccable service when it comes to issue resolving and delivery. I like the way they have designed their site as this is really helpful and amazing. BTS Rocks..

I ordered 2 books from Buy Test series. One of the books was delivered and the other was not
I called them several times, but bo response. Then they picked up and told me that my order was at some place else and then they said thay would not refund the shipping cost. And all of this took over a month. Absolutely horrible. It was completely their fault and they did not take any responsibility. They said the refund would come in 7 working days but God know when.

They are amazing bunch of people. I purchased a book from them during lockdown and i was promised that i will be getting it after the lock down relaxations are done. I got my book in superb condition last week and offcourse they provided me a surprise where i got an beautiful notebook as a token for my patience and cooperation. Keep it up guys, you have a bright future.

The order was shipped after one month of ordering. They didn't reply properly on calling also. They did not cancel my order inspire of telling so many time so that i can buy it from somewhere else. In the end after a month when the shipped the book they did it via registered post which will take another 10 days to deliver. Do not buy anything from them they are very unprofessional and incompetent people.

Purchased 2 books (Rajkumar Sir and Bhanwar Borana Sir) from them on 2nd March 2020 for my CA Final preparation. Both of them were delivered to me in 3 days and in very good condition. Their website is super cool and plus deals and discounts are amazing. Recommended BTS to all my friends in CA.

I had some queries for my purchased product and i contacted their support for resolution. I wrote an email to them as my lectures were stuck. They provided the tech team number and they resolved it immediately remotely. I am really surprised by the level of support you guys are giving during lockdown period as well.

This site has some good options for gate exam test series. I purchased Ace Engg Academy online test series for gate mechanical exam. I got good discount plus on my purchase and test series got activated within one day. They have genuine test series providers. I got to know about this site from my friend and i liked it instantly.

Guys I recommend not to buy from this site before u place order they talk very good. But once it is placed they show their real colour. And the manager talks like we don't have any options only to buy except there website.

DON'T EVER PLACE AN ORDER. I had placed an order almost 12 days ago and they didn't even dispatch it. Plus, their customer services are horrible, literally everyday I was told that it will dispatch 'today' but that never happened and I got a call from them telling me that they couldn't dispatch it. There was not an option for payment on delivery on the book I had ordered so now I don't know whether I'll get the refund or not. They are FRAUD!

Don't order in this website, they will accept any order without checking whether delivery is available or not. I ordered 35 days back still I didn't receive the book, still fighting with customer support, you can't call if you call the number will be busy or you can chat

This is an absolutely genuine site & the products are also listed at the best prices.
The prices of most items are comparatively very low than other leading sites.
The only thing which can be improved is the shipping time. I placed 2 orders both were shipped via India Post & I got the delivery in about 15-18 days so this is where improvement is necessary

I ordered one book from Buytestseries and got it delivered to me in 9 days. Delivery had no issues and infact when i contacted support team to know the status of my order they provided me the complete information. Due to Covid19 my area was under lockdown but still the delivery was made within reasonable amount of time.

I purchased an online test series for Rs 950 from this website for my son CBSE IX th_ paid through credit card. This man called my number - which was unreachable. I was not aware of this and send him an email about delivery of my test series. He never replied to my email ( four!). Since he didn't send me the test series code neither he has replied to my email 's,I called him on the contact number which was provided on the website ( three attempts)_ he told me that since my number was unreachable he cancelled the order_ I told him that he should have replied to my email otherwise refund the amount. He told me that he is going to refund. He never refunded the amount. I complained to credit card company_ he even sent screenshots of delivery of the test series ( which were false) so even credit card company did not help me. I felt sorry for myself that because just for discount of 50 Rs I lost 950 Rs and important preparation time of my son. Learnt the lesson hard way. Better to stick to reputed websites and to buy directly from company website and not from such fraud and rogue website - people.

I don't know why so much bad ratings but am overall satisfied with their service. I had ordered 3 CA books and it took me 12 days to receive all the books, so am happy and yeah i got better discount than our own local stores.

I liked the options on the website. I purchased online test series from them and they provided me 15% discount on this plus i got the cashback as well. Activation was done within 2 hours of purchase and that was really great. I have received all the tests as promised in the pack.

I ordered a book after that didn't got any call for delay of book. Dispatched the book after 15 days and not yet received.
Don't know will I receive it or not.
Worst experience don't buy from it go for other websites like zeroinfy

I am very happy with my purchase of sbi & ibps po test series purchase. Content is good and activation was done within half an hour. I got additional discount also on their website. Very good buytestseries.

I ordered two books from this website. One on 15/08/2019 and the other one on 19/08/2019. They claim to dispatch it within 48 hours. But they have not dispatched my books yet. It's 06/09/2019 today and I haven't received any of them. Don't go for this site if you don't want to waste your valuable time. Their support is even the worst.

I got 45% discount on Tally Course which i purchased from this website. They are having such good customer support guys they provided me the discount while i was asking for course details. They offered me this discount for immediate purchase and i bought it as the course is looking good and deal was amazing. Keep providing discounts buytestseries.

Bogus and worst website. Never deliver books and even if delivered it takes almost a month. Never go for the website as COD is not available. These guys cancel your order and do not have courtesy to inform you about cancellation or even refund of money.

It has been 19 days since I placed the order for a book for which I had paid online at the time of placing order. On calling up the customer service, they had assured me that I would get the book within 4 days of the phone call. Its been well over a week now and I have not received the book and they are not even replying to my mails or trying to keep me posted. Never buy book from this site.

I have placed two books orders consecutively, they sent me the wrong tracking details of one order. I received one book but didn't received my first ordered book. Don't know whether they sent the book or not. When I messaged them they simply showing the order which I received, but they have no clue about my other book ordered. Worst response from their staff
