“Took the money and did not deliver the product”

It has been 19 days since I placed the order for a book for which I had paid online at the time of placing order. On calling up the customer service, they had assured me that I would get the book within 4 days of the phone call. Its been well over a week now and I have not received the book and they are not even replying to my mails or trying to keep me posted. Never buy book from this site.
