Booked flights, had the initial leg cancelled by the airline, had no communication from Jetabroad for weeks. I would hassle them weekly across email (which they don't advertise anymore) and via their facebook page. When I finally got a response, I was told that I'd have to pay $500+ in either change or cancellation fees and that this was inline with Australian Consumer Law. I decided to cancel in Jan 2022 and rebook directly with another airline. It's now April 2022 and I don't have a single update regarding the refund. If there was a zero star option I would've selected that. Will never use them again.
