I wish I could rate this site higher because I love the clothes! But of the three dresses I purchased, only one was actually sent. It took several phone calls over several weeks to get my refund!

I recently purchased an item from Amazon and never received the product. Within days of submitting a complaint, Amazon had refunded my money! This may be the only site I'm no afraid to use!

Their customer service department was great! Icon made every effort to remedy a situation with a broken product.

I ordered an ellipticalt through Groupon Goods six months ago. I was shipped a broken elliptical within a reasonable amount of time. I followed the requested procedures to return the elliptical. Six months later, I have been told at there is no record of my return and I cannot have a replacement of refund! Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
