When receiving my order of what was to be 3 pair of earrings, I realized only 2 pair were sent. When sending an email about the ordeal, the customer service rep. Responded so very quickly! Once I sent a picture of what I'd received per his request, another quick response was received! The issue has been addressed and has actually made my day! Thanks for hiring the best people to work for your organization! Great customer service means so much! I'm happy with what I've experienced thus far! Thanks again!
Fine Art America is a nice site for art. I have purchased two piano themed coffee mugs for my piano teacher, and they arrived nicely packed with the artwork shown as displayed on the website. FAA is a good and easy company to deal with and deliver as promised. Highly Recommended!
These are great undershirts. Soft. High quality and long lasting. I've had my first one for at least a year and it's still in great shape. Just take care of them.

Alibaba and their suppliers are unprofessional and unethical. They were supposed to ship within 50 days of payment, so after 60 days, I contacted them for an update. They told me shipping costs had increased so I would need to pay $420 more if I wanted my goods. I filed a dispute with Alibaba so the shipper told me they would bear the add'l shipping costs. But, they refused to ship it to TN per our agreement and shipped it to Atlanta instead to save themselves money. Despite providing the numerous messages saying they were shipping it to TN, Alibaba said the shipper was not responsible to ship it to our agreed location. Unethical company with unethical shippers. You think you are saving money but they will continually try to force you to pay more than contracted for. Do not waste your time and money with Alibaba.
My flight was cancelled due to Covid. I submitted my request for refund in April after getting notice of the cancelled flights. It has been well past 90 days and still no response. I'm very disappointed with this service. I will never book through them again
This is an amazing website to get stuff from. Highly recommend you sign up. Been wanting this software, and the price is right. Heard so much about it and know it will help me with all my photography
Usually like their service but don't approve of the very expensive 3rd party sales. They should have a filter so we don't have to see them if we don't want to.
