“GHOSTED when trying to make return”

When I tried to make a return they ignored the first email and then replied to the second email saying they'd check with the manager, then ghosted me. There are plenty of suppliers out there, why bother with these jokers?

Best shipping date shown before ordering, but they didn’t honor it after the order was placed. Had to prod them to get it going.

Reason I chose this product:

Price was good and the original promised date was the fastest, but then they shipped much later than the teaser date and I was forced to order from another supplier.
