I was enticed into this site with the 60% off membership only to find that buying credits is absolute financial suicide. $20 to send and receive 1, (one) email and response. Customer service completely sucks and the woman I briefly met would not or just ignored every simple question I asked her and just rambled on aimlessly in an effort to burn up my credits so I would buy more. Worst ever over priced scam site I have ever seen. Spare yourself from this place.

Indeed the membership starts in a 60% discounted rate, And using certain services costs a fixed number of credits that you buy separately from membership. Once you run out of credits, you will have to top up to continue using the services. All of this information was provided on the purchase form and is always available in the terms and conditions that you agreed to during registration. To save up, pick bigger packages, as you pay less for a bigger number due to a lower rate per single credit then to Stick to online chat. That would surely help cut the cost.
