I placed an order waaaaayyyy back in October of 2011. To date, I have
Only received three of the six items I ordered (but, of course, have paid for the order in full). I have left several messages and have sent a number of emails but have not heard back regarding the status of my order. When I check my order status online, it says that all items have been shipped and that the order cannot be changed.

I was notified in the first package I received (which contained only ONE of the six items) that there had been a mix up and that the remaining items in
My order had been backordered.

It has now been OVER FIVE MONTHS and I've never been able to get a person on the phone, a response to any of my emails, or any interaction via the live chat function on their website.

This is BS.

I would highly suggest you bring your business elsewhere.
