Received 5 tshirts. Every one of them is blurry, not centered on the tshirt and color is not saturated. These are the worst shirts I have ever received from any company. Think twice about ordering from this company.

I don't recommend anyone to purchase from here, I ordered shirts and still have not received anything when I reached out to them they told me to call ups there's nothing they can do.

I returned the item because it didn't fit and they have since not communicated with me. They kept the shirt and my money.

They only respond to emails like a couple times a month it seems. After ordering a shirt, they emailed me saying their was a stock mix-up of the design of the shirt, and that it would be shipped this week (specifically, they said 5 business days). They told me this Thursday of last week. It's now Friday night. I emailed them regarding my order after the 5-business day mark (Tuesday), and then tonight. No replys from either so far. They also already charged my card $25 for the shirt (because its tie dye), and usually, online stores don't charge your card until the order ships. Not good.

This website sucks. Anybody who comes to this website and sees the items and would think they look good that's fine but they take forever getting your order correct. When I thought I was gonna be calling customer service someone just picked up the phone and said "Hello" like a regular call and it seemed very suspicious to me. But after that when I tried calling numerous of other times it just went straight to voicemail so I started emailing and it felt like a back and forth text with a guy. And then he was very rude and obnoxious. "A**h***. But I wore the shirt once and the color faded on my chest and the shirt is thin as dollar tree tissue, and then the so called company took my return money twice

Despite ordering before I read all the bad reviews... I recieved exactly what I ordered within a week week in a half. I was nervous and thought I was gunna get ripped off but I didn't. They came thru as a legit business. I'm happy with the order quality of the print and how timely my purchase came. You guys got some pretty shiddy reviews but you get and deserve a good one from me. Thanks rockmerch you guys did good.

I ordered a shirt from them, two days later I got an email saying the shirt was out of stock and they would send me the shirt in a different size(that makes a lot of sense) or I could get a different shirt that was the same price or less. After about four more emails back and forth they say they shipped a replacement shirt, time will tell it has only been 4 days. They stated in the email that this mix up had never happened before, I should have read some reviews before ordering because clearly this is a common problem with them. If you can go elsewhere for the same shirt I would strongly advise you do.

I placed an order waaaaayyyy back in October of 2011. To date, I have
Only received three of the six items I ordered (but, of course, have paid for the order in full). I have left several messages and have sent a number of emails but have not heard back regarding the status of my order. When I check my order status online, it says that all items have been shipped and that the order cannot be changed.

I was notified in the first package I received (which contained only ONE of the six items) that there had been a mix up and that the remaining items in
My order had been backordered.

It has now been OVER FIVE MONTHS and I've never been able to get a person on the phone, a response to any of my emails, or any interaction via the live chat function on their website.

This is BS.

I would highly suggest you bring your business elsewhere.

I ordered a Five Finger Death Punch and Avenge Sevenfold t-shirt. The order shipped out the next day and made it to my house in California within 3-4 days. I didn't realized I ordered the wrong size in the Avenged shirt. Had to return it and order another. Was simple enough. Customer service was good when I shot them an email. Got a 20% off coupon for a future order with this one. Will probably use it in the future. Cool company. Have to give them props for the easy exchange.

I ordered a Misfits incense burner and some matching fiend skull incense packets. The set up makes my room look amazing. Props to the ill merch!

Bought a couple of shirts before the big 4 show recently. Got a couple classic metallica ones for me and my son. Master of puppets and ride the lightning. The quality was great.

Originally i bought them here cause the shipping was only $6 bucks or so for the two. Other sites i was on charge like $8 for one shirt to be shipped. It's ridiculous. It can't be much to ship a shirt.

Anyway, shirts showed up in a week. I'll be back in a couple months when i need some more.

If I could rate 0 Stars, I would. I did my Christmas shopping online for the first time ever! Due to this website, I will NEVER do it again. I shopped with Ice, Sony, Bass Pro Shop, and amazon. As well as illrockmerch. I ordered a tshirt for my brother, and the next day, I checked my order status, and it said accidental order mix up, 5 day back order. Okay whatever, as long as I get my gift before Christmas, it would all be good. Well, on December 23rd, I still had yet received the shirt I had ordered. And the website, STILL said processing. At that point, I was irritated, but I guess it would come in when it did. Well, I call their number on the website December 26th, because it was still in processing mode. And I got some bull$#*! recorded message telling me to leave a message, and a representative would get back to me in a couple of days. So I got online, and sent them an email, and told them if the order had not shipped, they needed to give me my money back. I got an email back, days later, saying once they get the merchandise, it would ship out the same day. Well, right there, you didn't do what I had asked you to do. It has now been over a month since I have ordered this. So I sent them another email telling them, that I wanted my money back. I got an email yesterday saying that it would take 24-48 hours for the money to show back up on my end. I will never do business with them ever again. Unprofessional. (Still haven't seen my money, but it hasn't been 48 hours yet. But really, why should I trust anything they say? Don't promise something if you can't keep that promise.

Oh, I forgot to mention that when I had ordered it, it said Guaranteed by Christmas! It's almost been a month since Christmas. Get it together dudes.

My black keys shirt came today! Looooove it! The material isn't so great but it's not really flimsy so I can't complain. Came in 6 days so that was pretty rad. The site has so much band stuff it's crazy! I think a Sonic Youth nurse shirt is in my future!

I STRONGLY URGE anyone thinking about doing business with this crock of $#*! from New York. To not do it! I have been waiting for 14 days for my product to come in the mail. I believe I'll never receive it! I have filed suit against them with my bank and I hope they get shut down! I too received an e-mail a day after I made my selection that stated there was a "stock mix-up" and that it would be sent out in the next five days. I took a closer look and some of their product pictures have been copied and pasted from other business sites. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE! They will take your money and run. If you call the number that they have provided... you will NEVER get a live person to talk to. It goes straight to a planned recording that states all representatives are busy and to leave your name and information after the tone. I will never do business with them again and I hope you don't fall into this trap.

Its been weeks since ive ordered four shirts. No replies from my emails, and the number is disconnected i think ive been scammed. So basically $80 down the drain, and my card is compromised.

Got my Avenged Sevenfold shirt in the mail yesterday. It's so cool! The quality is good. Standard I guess. They shipped it pretty quickly. The shipping price was only likle 5 bucks so I didn't feel like they were ripping me on that.

Cool store. I'll be back. Recommended definitely.\m/

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, they totally embarrassed me, I needed a gift that they said was in stock, weeks later I was finally informed that they did not have the item, and they still have it on their site. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
