My experience with UGG.com has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. While the quality of the boots is good, the customer service and handling of issues have been far from satisfactory.
Placing an order on Dec 4, realizing an address mistake within 30 minutes, and being unable to cancel or change the address despite assurances from the representative set the tone for the ordeal. The promised solution of rerouting the package, given by the UGG representative, proved to be false.
Despite multiple calls to Fedex and UGG.com, the package was not rerouted and ended up being delivered to the wrong address, resulting in theft. The miscommunication between UGG.com and Fedex, as well as the lack of proper assistance, reflects poorly on the company's customer service.
The manager's response John, stating that rerouting was not guaranteed and blaming the representatives, adds to the overall negative experience, uselles from reps to manager. Poorly trained reps working from home, and have no idea what they doing. This has resulted in financial loss and a strong recommendation to avoid UGG.com and opt for in-store purchases instead.
