I have not received my boots I ordered as of yet. I ordered them a month ago, was told once I submitted payment the item was on back order, okay fine, but now a month later and I still don't have my order. I called customer service and they don't have any updates. The warehouse has not did anything with my order in a WHOLE MONTH… This is truly unacceptable… I have never in life had to wait this long on a back order. You received your money so send me my order…. This is very bad service
Tip for consumers:
Your company needs to do better. You received payment I would like to receive my order in a timely fashion, and for there to be no updates customer service could provide for me absurd
