I received a pair of Arctis 7+ Wireless headphones for my birthday last year. They cost $248.56 after taxes. I had been using them for just under a year and they have started deteriorating. The plastic covering the cord for the mic is splitting and there are now sound quality issues. I contacted the company to discuss replacing them as I was unsatisfied. A headset that costs $250 ought to last more than a year, no? They said that the issue was regular wear and tear and that they would not replace them. For the record, I take very good care of my equipment as I rely heavily on it for streaming. The best they could do was offer me a 15% off coupon to repurchase them. I went to try and use the coupon on their website and it doesn't even work. So, if you want to buy a headset that costs a pretty penny and not be able to use them in a year then this headset and company are suited for you. If you want a headset that is going to last and uphold its advertised quality and performance look elsewhere!
