This is some cheap $#*! chinese made horse$#*! and i wouldnt reccomened anyone buy this peice of $#*!. The best thing you can do woth this brand of anything they sell is take it to the scrap yard and junk the $#*! its not worth the money i found that nakato has made excellent bikes in all sizes and styles and id tell anyone and everyone who is looking for an ebike to choose nakato over vivi vivi is absolite garbage hands down and the fact that it takes longer to get the parts you would need to fix this piece of $#*! thrn it does to get a whoke new bike really shows the top priorty of these people they make it cheaoer then all hell and make the parts pretty much impossibke to get so you dont have a choice but to buy another one.dont be stupid like i just was and waste your hard earned cash on something thats made to break asap be smart and choose nakato.
