I booked flight through booking.com and it indicated bags were included. At check in there was a different sign saying different limits. The regular price before check in to add weight is less than $30. They charged me $450 to add 9 kg at the gate even though it wasn't clear while booking. They would not come down on price and said plane will he top heavy. The plane was half full. The price of adding 9kg cost more than my flight. Absolutely terrible humans and business model.

Flight was cancelled last minute and eDreams did nothing to assist in rebooking. It has been 5 months and still not refund. Status shows "processing" when I chek the app. Terrible company that will steal your moey. EDream only contacted me with concern after I posted this review. I had to contact my CC company to reverse the charges because eDreams did nothing.
