I texted the support chat after my account was charged for a refund as i have already cancelled the membership prior. The support staff was very helpful and collected the necessary information to locate my account and offered the refund. Of course as they mentioned "Please keep in mind that this transaction could take up to 10 business days to be completed". I am currently awaiting the refund.
