You can only judge a retail outlet by the way in which a problem is handled I've always thought, hence the one.
This digital shop front/broker accepts no liability for things gone wrong and gets you to deal with the seller instead of the couriers themselves. Anyone who has an issue with delivery with MyDeal is in for a h$ll of a ride. I've now been sent an email saying they can't help me further and I now have no product and no refund. The Seller actually called Sello can't even communicate properly in english via an email and just answer questions with questions.
I got two emails from MyDeal saying that I hadn't communicated with the seller so they were closing the ticket when in fact I had and even gone to the lengths of finding a direct email address to them and writing an email directly as well as waiting for MyDeal to pass on information.
My advice is don't just don't go there unless you're prepared to lose the product you've paid for and your money as well.
