My order from July 7th still hasn't shipped. The status of the tracking number has been "label created, check back tomorrow". They haven't answered an email or their phone.

I ordered a bluetooth speaker from them recently and received a counterfeit version of it. I think it's important to note that they guarantee that all the products sold through their website are real. I emailed them and the one time i got a response (after being ignore a lot), they offered me 30% off the next purchase. Screw them. Don't buy from them.
