“Shipping is terrible”

For the most part, their prices are good. However, shipping is terrible. On their website, they state, shipping within 36 hours. I have ordered from Parts Avatar several times and it is generally at least 4 days from the time you place your order until it is shipped. Shipping is usually by Purolator and these people are even slower than Canada Post. If you order from Parts Avatar, expect to wait at least 2 weeks before you receive it.

“I was considering this company but too many complaints on customer service, shipping, and incorrect parts with issues returning. I'm sticking with Rockauto. Can get quality parts with 2 day shipping from the US almost every time.”
